The maximum return is limited to the charged amount and if your issues has been fixed, if your issue has been resolved with any other company then we are not liable for any damage.

Customer Authority

In order to obtain services, a customer has to agree that they will:

Cooperate with the Digi Inventive team- we put all the efforts to serve best to our customers. We believe that the solution to most of the problems is the close cooperation between a customer and Digi Inventive ’s team. A client must be able to certify the following.

• The entire system is accessible to the Digi Inventive team during and after the call until the issue resolves
• Any third party device required while operating the issue will be arranges from the customer’s end
• Digi Inventive serves all genuine services to the customers
• We advise our customers to use original software and antivirus

Besides this, each client is solely liable for all the activities takes place on their account. Clients agree to inform Digi Inventive instantly for any illegal use of  their account’s data and security.

Thus, clients may be responsible for any loss incurred by Digi Inventive if any third party found using the account or password.
